We sell home medical equipment and daily-living aids directly to consumers. Depending on the product, orders may ship from a manufacturer or distributor warehouse in the United States. The warehouse shown on a carrier label may therefore differ from our Tampa business address. Product availability, delivery estimates, freight requirements, and return restrictions are disclosed on the product page or in our store policies.
Home Medical Depot does not provide medical care and does not submit claims to Medicare or private insurers. HSA/FSA eligibility and reimbursement depend on the product and the customer's plan administrator. We provide itemized receipts but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
