Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $99 (standard ground).
- Most in-stock items ship same or next business day from US warehouses.
- Typical delivery: 2–5 business days.
- Large items (hospital beds, some lift chairs) ship by freight carrier. The carrier will call to schedule delivery. Please inspect the boxes before signing — note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Returns
- 30-day returns on unopened items in original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: mattresses and overlays, slings, bath safety items, commodes, and personal care products.
- To start a return, email support@homemedicaldepot.com with your order number.
- Damaged in shipping? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
