Shipping
- Free standard shipping is available for eligible catalog orders to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.
- Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days. Timing is an estimate and may change due to supplier availability or carrier conditions.
- Large equipment may arrive by scheduled curbside truck freight. Inside delivery, assembly, stair carries, and other optional services are not included unless confirmed in writing.
- Inspect freight before signing, note damage or shortages on the delivery receipt, keep all packaging, and contact us within 2 business days with photographs.

Returns
- Contact support@homemedicaldepot.com within 30 days from the shipment date to request return authorization. Do not send an item back before receiving an RMA and instructions.
- Eligible items must be unused, unopened, complete, in original undamaged packaging, and in resalable condition.
- For customer-choice or customer-error returns, a restocking fee of 25% of the product price or $10, whichever is greater, may apply. Original and return shipping or freight may be deducted from the refund.
- Patient lifts, opened hygienic or bathroom-safety items, mattresses and support surfaces, special-order items, replacement parts, and other manufacturer-restricted products may be non-returnable.
