Processing and delivery

• Free standard shipping on orders over $99 (contiguous US).
• Most in-stock items ship same or next business day from US warehouses.
• Typical delivery: 2–5 business days after shipment.

Freight deliveries

Large items (hospital beds, some lift chairs) ship by freight carrier. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window. Please inspect all boxes before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt — this protects your claim.
