Shipping policy

Shipping area

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently offer online shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Standard shipping and delivery

Free standard shipping is available at checkout for eligible catalog orders in our shipping area. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to supplier availability, carrier schedules, weather, address issues, or other events outside our control. If an item is unavailable or materially delayed, we will contact you using the information provided with the order.

Freight and large-equipment delivery

Hospital beds, patient lifts, wheelchairs, and other large equipment may ship by truck freight. The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery, so please provide a working daytime telephone number. Unless a product page or written quote states otherwise, freight delivery is curbside or to the first dry area and does not include inside delivery, room-of-choice service, assembly, installation, removal of old equipment, or stair carries.

Products that require an individual freight quote are not offered for normal online checkout until the shipping cost is confirmed. Optional services requested by the customer may result in additional charges.

Inspecting freight deliveries

Inspect the carton, pallet, and product before signing. Note visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt or bill of lading, keep all packaging, and contact support@homemedicaldepot.com within 2 business days with your order number and photographs. Do not refuse, discard, repair, or return freight without our instructions.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking is sent by email when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number. Re-delivery, storage, address-correction, or other carrier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer.
