Welcome to Home Medical Depot. Home Medical Depot is an online retail brand operated by Aventisora Holdings LLC. By visiting homemedicaldepot.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on this website.

Business identity and sales model

Home Medical Depot is an online-only cash-sale retailer of home medical equipment and daily-living aids. We do not operate a walk-in showroom or local pickup location. Depending on the product, an order may be fulfilled and shipped by a manufacturer or distributor warehouse in the United States.

Products and information

Product descriptions, specifications, images, compatibility information, educational guides, and FAQs are provided for general information. They are not medical advice. Consult a physician, therapist, or discharge planner for clinical recommendations. Customers are responsible for confirming dimensions, weight capacity, compatibility, and suitability before ordering.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are in US dollars. An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. We may contact the customer for address, freight, compatibility, fraud-prevention, or availability information before accepting or fulfilling an order. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item.

Installment options, HSA/FSA card acceptance, and reimbursement eligibility are not guaranteed. Financing terms are provided by the applicable payment provider. Home Medical Depot does not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurers and does not submit insurance claims.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping areas, estimated delivery times, freight delivery terms, optional services, tracking, and damage-reporting requirements are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Large equipment may be delivered by scheduled curbside truck freight. Inside delivery, assembly, stair carries, old-equipment removal, and similar services are included only when confirmed in writing.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Return authorization and an RMA are required before an item is sent back. Eligibility, non-returnable medical and hygiene products, restocking fees, shipping or freight deductions, damage claims, cancellations, and refund timing are described in our Refund Policy.

Manufacturer warranties

Products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty service is separate from returns and may require photographs, serial numbers, troubleshooting, service records, or direct communication with the manufacturer. We will provide reasonable assistance with a valid warranty claim.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit false information, or use site content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction in Hillsborough County, Florida.
