Ordering and delivery
When should my order arrive?
Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days for standard orders. Timing depends on supplier availability and carrier conditions. We will email tracking when it is available.
How are large items delivered?
Hospital beds, patient lifts, wheelchairs, and other large equipment may ship by scheduled curbside truck freight. The carrier may call to arrange a delivery window. Inside delivery, assembly, stair carries, and removal of old equipment are not included unless confirmed in writing.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. Tax-exempt organizations should contact support@homemedicaldepot.com before ordering and provide a valid exemption certificate.

How do I choose the right size or model?

Are all products returnable?
No. Some patient lifts, mattresses, opened hygienic or bathroom-safety items, special-order products, and replacement parts may be non-returnable. Read the Refund Policy before ordering.

Can I pay in installments?
Shop Pay Installments may be available for eligible purchases. Available plans, rates, eligibility, and terms are shown at checkout.
Which payment methods are available?
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay may be available based on your device, region, and account.
Do you bill Medicare or insurance?
No. Home Medical Depot is a cash-sale retailer and does not submit claims to Medicare or insurers. We can provide an itemized receipt for your records or a reimbursement request.
Returns and support
How do I start a return?
Email support@homemedicaldepot.com within 30 days from the shipment date. Wait for an RMA and return instructions before sending anything back. Restocking and shipping charges may apply as described in our Refund Policy.
